I have decided late at night to do a post.

Exams went as well as can be expected.

I forsee that tomorrow I will be rejected.

I want to go away this summer but I dont know where to go.

I havent updated this in soo long.

Well I have now started to actually do the revision. I got half way through the physics material today and tomorrow I have the revision class which should help me and the brother with the main aspects of the course. I shall begin on past papers on wednesday, this will give me a week full of past paper revision and example problems before the exams and the final freedom of a long summer break.

Swine flu exists and is in the way. The symptoms are mild and rarely cause death.... so thats just the same as common flu then! But at least it brings a change to the news.

I have applied for a technician/projectionist job at work and I hope that i get the job as it seems like a really interesting job that I would love to do. I am annoyed that I have to be against my brother for the job but if it comes to it I will go against him and hopefully the powers that be will choose the best person for the job.

My birthday went well, lots of folk from the ODEON came out and Khieran came out which was a good surprise. I didn't get too drunk wich is always a good thing. I have become highly addicted to twitter which is either a good or a bad thing.

Ok, so I've not posted in a while. To be honest, every time I think about posting a blog I either fall asleep or go and get something to eat.

Well on Monday I did quite a bit of maths revision and had intended to do some today aswell but... I couldnt be bothered and slept for most of the day. So tomorrow I promise myself that I will study for at least 4 hours. This should allow me to complete the revision of my maths notes and going over all of the tutorial sheets.

After this I plan on writing down all the important formulae etc on cards which I will carry with me. Once I have done this I will move onto the Past Exam Papers!

After I am fairly confident with the maths I think it would be a good idea to move on to the Design Technology revision. There are two main sub-ropics in this module: Materials for design and Electricity and Magnetism. I will need to look at my notes for the Materials for Design and I think that the online notes, Uni Physics and the MIT lectures will be what makes me pass the Electricity and Magnetism part of the course.

So from parkinsons law, I shall need a time scale for all of this revision. Here it is:

Maths Notes and Tutorials Completed by 24/04/09

Maths Revision Cards and at Least 2 Exam Papers Completed by 30/4/09

Materials and design completed by 4/5/09

E and M completed by 8/4/09

Between 8/4/09 and the first exam I will alternate between everything however The day before maths I will only study maths and on right after the exam I will only study Design Technology.

It is always good to have a goal therefore I will be aiming for no less than an A3 in Maths and a B2 in Design tech.

That is my big plan and now I must go to bed and listen to music or something from the TED conference before falling asleep and waking up tomorrow at 11.

I wonder if a blog is just something that you use to stop you from being bored half the time

I mean if you think about it, I created this blog because I saw others and thought that it was interesting to have a read of others thoughts etc but I do'nt know if the blog has jus become my way to get out of boredom.

Anyway, now onto the real part of the post,

Whilst browsing bbciplayer I stumbled upon Doctor Who. I watched the most recent episode then another then another then another, its fair to say that i enjoyed it. I dont know what it is about the program. David Tennant is really good in it.

However I did notice that each episode had the same generic format:

We are introduced to a bunch of people who we dont know

The Doctor turns up and introduces himself

He is interested in the mayhem that they get into

They all argue and he yells "Shut up!!"

They dont like him because he wont tell them his name

They begin to trust him

He saves the day

And then there is a cliffhanger

The end.

But strangely addicting....

Last fm, Painting and New Babies

A few weeks ago I installed the last fm application on my phone but i didnt think much of it so I deleted it... However some of my friends have shown me the abilities of last fm on the computer and i must say that i like it. it is very easy to use and it tends to suggest music that i like. it seems better than the Genius playlist in itunes which only works when it wants to and just loosely clasifies music in their genres.

I apolpgise for my taste in music. I like what I listen to and I listen to what I like.

Anyway, I would suggest last fm to anyone who has a wide range of music and wants to be able to listen to other tracks that they wouldnt usually listen to.

Well I spent the time that I was awake today at my brothers house. We have been decorating it for the past..... well lets just say a long time. Today we managed to put 1.5 coats of paint on the walls in the hall. It will need another couple of coats but after that its going to look the business! :-)

Tonight I am off to see my new cousin. A house full of discusting smells and all the adults crowding around one little human being as she sleeps. Oh I simply cannot wait.

A serious point.

Why is it that your friends will never be as close as your family. I mean there are some members of family that some people dont like or that have problems to the point that you wouldnt give these people a second thought as you walked past them in the street.

However why is it that you can meet the most perfect friends who make you have a good time and that when your with them you know that they are nice people but you will still stop speaking to these people for something as little as.... well very small.

Personally I wouldnt say that i have many friends but of the people I do know and care about, I know that they care about me and are real friends. Perhaps i should put more time aside to just have fun with friends instead of spending my time otherwise.

Anyway I now have to get back to my tidying of the house.

Bad News About The Bike

Well here is a quick update. My motorbike was found and I went to view it today. This was not good. There is some damage. I havent started the engine but it does look ok.

I need to buy:

new headlamp with clocks ignition etc

new indicators (all)

new battery and cover

new mirrors

new fuel cap

new chain guard

I just hope that the total cost of all of this is not too much.

For some reason I do not feel angry. I think this may be just a sad fact of life but there is no way that i am going to let it sway me. My plan is to keep the bike at my uncles house for just now and work on it as soon as I can. I have cancelled the insurance and will hopefully get as much of it back as possible. I hope that the people that stole my bike are brought to justice. All I want is for me to not be out of pocket at the end.

Well my mototbike was stolen on Sunday night. I was so shocked and could'nt believe what had happened. I felt violated when I went outside my own house. I simply could'nt believe that someone could do such a thing. There is a photo above.

Anyway the police put a note through my door today to tell me that the bike had been recovered. I felt great for a second then i thought about the condition that the bike would be in. Next there was a phone call and the police on the phone told me that the bike is in the same condition than it was when it was stolen so I guess i am quids in.

Whats more: The police have arrested four people for stealing my bike and with intent to sell stolen goods. Justice is served. And I didnt need God for that one.

In other news: I have finished all of my university work and I am now waiting on that time when I can be arsed doing the studying for my two exams.

My First Post

Well I have decided to create a blog. I am not sure if anyone will read anything that is posted here. I am obviously new to all of this but I get the general idea that a blog is somewhere to put anything you want for others to view.

The blog title is a little off putting I guess but I do not intend to stick to these four cotegories. I just intend to let as many people know what I am up to and how I feel about everything.

One of the things that has annoyed me today is that i dont have an alias. I do want one but I dont know what would suit me. If anyone has a suggestion then please feel free to contact me. Well I don't really want to babble on like a.... babbling person?
